We hired the Backyard Bros to replace/repair our deck and we had a great experience with Jacob and the office team! Jacob did a great job working with us on the layout and helping us with options to stick within our budget. During the project, we had some questions and concerns and the onsite team and office team were quick to reply, answer our questions and provide feedback and solutions on things that came up. The onsite crew was respectful and courteous throughout the project. Even when a few follow up items came up after the conclusion of the project, the office team was quick to provide us with solutions. The onsite crew came out within a few days to do some punchlist items and wrap up the final items. Good experience overall and would recommend!

Our experience with Backyard Bros achieved our goal of a second story deck, a dry patio underneath the deck with a fireplace, and the replacement of house sliding in that area. The finished product met all of our expectations. We had several different crews that worked on different components of our construction, but each crew leader was responsive and respectful along with their individual crew members.
