We used Backyard Bros to add a cover for our expanded patio at our house. Jacob, the owner, and Emma, the PM, were both super communicative and thorough throughout our entire process. We had to wait for the HOA to get around to approving the project and that strained the timeline but the Backyard Bros team stayed on top of it and were very understanding. Matthew, Shaw, and the crew went above and beyond for us as well. They were very detailed in their work, kept me in the loop when things came up or when changes needed to be made, and were really hard working. Our ground is mostly claw with rocks which makes it an absolute PITA to dig, but they still got it done quickly and professionally. The original timeline for signing the contract to work starting was ~6 weeks, which I understood ahead of time. But when they had an opening in their schedule they ended up getting us in within 10 days so that was great.

They did a great and quick job making the front walk entry way to our house look a lot better. They took pictures of the house and even showed us what would look best for our house before starting on the project putting mulch down. It really makes the house pop from the street. They communicated and showed pictures the whole process. Highly recommend them to anyone that wants someone that wants to help, is honest and upfront.
